ANZAC Day is held annually on the 25 April, and is a day of national remembrance. The date marks the anniversary of the landing of Australian and New Zealand soldiers on the Gallipoli Peninsula in 1915. This year will mark the 107th anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli.
Each year Australians come together in quiet reflection to remember those who have served and died at Gallipoli and in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.
Commemorative dawn services and marches will be held at a number of locations within the Shoalhaven.
Please be aware that several temporary road closures will be in place.
