Hawkesbury Library Service’s recent membership drive was a huge success with more than 500 new members joining in July and August. All new members were welcomed with a spin of the prize wheel to select a joining gift, plus an entry to win one of two Samsung tablets, which were won by Kate S. and Jessica F.
If you didn’t join during the membership drive, fear not because you can join at any time and it is free! Library membership offers access to the newest book titles, eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, DVDs, online resources, access to educational subscription sites, free Wi-Fi, computer access and more!
The Library runs many programs throughout the year including author talks, pre-school activities, school holiday events and special events, as well as regular community services like free legal advice, Justice of the Peace, and TechHelp.
