As part of Council’s Civic Centre Redevelopment, the Lilydale Community Link front counter services will be temporarily relocated from March 2020 as construction works continue.
The link will be located just a short walk from the current building, across the carpark from Lilydale Coles and underneath Centrelink at 61-65 Anderson Street.
Council is committed to providing quality customer service to the community and will ensure that all services accessed from the new front counter site will continue as normal.
The link will be staffed as usual to ensure that customers can still get help with payments, requests for maintenance or services, planning permits, sharps disposal, mobile phone and domestic battery recycling and make any general enquiries.
Once works on the main Council offices are completed, the new Civic Centre will better accommodate the needs of our community with meeting rooms and other multi-purpose spaces.
