This year’s LINX Launch Party is shaping up to be another fantastic night during Griffith Spring Fest. Alongside the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures, the night will showcase local food, wine, beer, produce and music.
The LINX Launch Party will kick off on Friday, 18 October from 5.30pm to 9.30pm in the Griffith Visitor Information Centre car park.
Griffith City Council Events Coordinator, Georgina Horton, said she is thrilled to have LINX Cargo Care Group as a major supporter of Griffith Spring Fest again, in particular the Launch Party.
“We are really excited to have LINX come on board for another year and we can’t wait to celebrate our festival and the citrus sculptures as a community with them,” Ms Horton said.
“The Paella Station will be returning this year as well as some other local food vendors. Groovology will be providing the entertainment, and there will be a few activities for the kids. You can relax with a wine from Casella Wines, McWilliams Wines and De Bortoli Wines, or enjoy a cocktail by Shaka Bar, and Yenda Beer will be back again with their beer and cider. It will be a great night out for the family.”
LINX General Manager Logistics, Wayne Alpen, said his team is proud to, once again, paint the town blue at the LINX Launch Party for the second consecutive year.
“The LINX team has a long history in Griffith and the Riverina stretching back to the 1930s and our support for Griffith Spring Fest is a great way for us to give back and support the local community.” said Mr Alpen.
“Last year’s LINX Launch party was such a success. We are really looking forward to continuing our support and seeing the community get involved in what is sure to be an exciting fortnight of events.”
