Building and Energy is advising property owners affected by the liquidation of Western Luxury ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾s Pty Ltd to contact their home indemnity insurance (HII) provider, QBE Insurance.
The Perth building company on 11 August 2023. Building and Energy understands Western Luxury ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾s was contracted for 12 home building projects dating from mid-2020.
Building and Energy Executive Director Saj Abdoolakhan said Western Luxury ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾s’ clients should contact on 1300 790 723 to discuss arrangements.
“This enables home owners to begin the process of engaging another registered builder to complete the work or managing other remedies they may be entitled to,” Mr Abdoolakhan said.
