A Doncaster East man will pay $150 for a very expensive drink of water, after taking an EPA Victoria littering fine to court at Ringwood on 10 October 2024.
EPA issued the fine after a witness reported seeing the man toss a plastic water bottle from his Holden Commodore in the wash bay of a car wash on Mitcham Rd, Donvale, on 26 August 2024.
The magistrate found the charge proven and imposed the fine without conviction.
