Homicide Squad detectives have charged an 18-year-old Albion man as part of an investigation into a fatal stabbing which occurred at St Kilda on 4 December.
The 18-year-old was arrested by Gang Crime Squad members at a bus stop in Deer Park around 5pm on 5 January following a recent public appeal.
He has been charged with violent disorder and affray and will appear at a Children’s Court at a later date.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
