Following extensive inquiries, a 48-year-old man was arrested at a home on Parkes Street, Tuncurry, about 9pm on Friday 25 August 2023.
He was taken to Forster Police Station before being transferred to Manning Base Hospital for treatment.
He has since been charged with three counts of break and enter house etc, and drive motor vehicle during disqualification period.
The matter was heard in Forster Local Court yesterday (Monday 28 August 2023), where he was formally refused bail to appear before the same court on Wednesday 13 September 2023.
