A man will face court today charged following an investigation into multiple break-ins in Dubbo yesterday.
About 2am (Monday 26 August 2024), a man allegedly forced entry into two business’ in Tamworth Street, and stole money, and attempted to enter another but was unsuccessful.
Following inquiries, about 5.30pm yesterday (Monday 26 August 2024), police executed a search warrant at a home on Dalton Street, Dubbo, and arrested a 18-year-old man.
He was taken to Dubbo Police Station and charged with two counts of break and enter house steal value, and two counts of destroy or damage property.
The man was refused bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court today (Tuesday 27 August 2024).
Operation Boa was formed in January this year, targeting criminal activity in Dubbo and surrounding areas.
