A man has died in hospital following a motorcycle crash in Corio on Friday evening (31 May).
It is understood the rider was travelling along Fairbairn Drive when his bike struck a traffic island and lost control.
The bike then struck a second traffic island, with the rider thrown off the bike.
The 28-year-old Corio man sustained life-threatening head injuries, however died in hospital last night (5 June).
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
