Cannington Detectives are investigating an incident that occurred at Sheldrake Park in Willetton on Thursday, 1 December 2022.
About 6.30pm, a female teenager was walking her dog in the park when a man approached her and started a conversation. As the teenager started to walk away, the man exposed himself to her.
The man is described as being 40 to 50 years old, with dark skin, 165cm tall, grey hair that was balding on top, a black moustache and a slight beard. The man spoke with an accent and was wearing a grey V-neck long-sleeve top, grey track pants, blue Bonds underwear and black shoes.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who saw the man or has mobile phone vision taken in the park around the above time.
