Police will prepare a report for the Coroner after the body of a man was located in waters off Point Lonsdale this today.
Emergency services were called to the foreshore about 10.15am to reports of a missing swimmer.
An extensive search of the area was conducted, but sadly 68-year-old St Kilda man was located deceased by the Air Wing and Water Police about 12.15pm.
A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
