A man reported missing from the State’s South Coast has been found safe and well.
The 26-year-old was last seen at a hospital in River Street Moruya about 8pm on Tuesday (20 August 2024).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following a search, involving officers attached to South Coast Police District, SES, Police Dog Squad, Youth Police Command, Traffic and Highway Patrol, Surf Life Saving and Westpac Life Saver Helicopter, the man was located about 9.30am today (Friday 23 August 2024), in remote bushland safe and well, approximately 15 kilometres from where he was last seen.
