Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mandel Donnell.
The 31-year-old Red Cliffs man is wanted on warrant in relation to assault offences as well as failing to appear at court.
Donnell is known to frequent the Mildura and Red Cliffs areas.
Investigators have released an image of Donnell in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Donnell is described as 170cm tall with a slim, muscular build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
