Manningham community Rapid Antigen Test

Free Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are now available for priority and high-risk community members to collect at the following locations:

Manningham Civic Centre

 Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Doncaster Library

 Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am to 8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sunday 1.00pm to 4:00pm

The Pines Library

 Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 8.00pm, Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sunday 1.00pm to 4.00pm

Warrandyte Library

 Opening hours: Sunday and Monday: Closed, Tuesday and Wednesday: 10.00am to 5.30pm, Thursday and Friday: 1.00pm to 5.30pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm

Bulleen Library

  Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Sunday: Closed

Who is eligible?

You are eligible to collect RATs if you are:

  • 70 years or older

  • a Concession Card holder

  • a person with a disability, immunocompromised or their carer

People with a disability and carers collecting tests on behalf of people with a disability

These people can collect up to 20 tests per visit. This includes:

  • NDIS participants

  • Disability support pensioners

  • People with a disability who receive a Transport Accident Commission benefit.

People 70 years or older, immunocompromised and concession card holders

These people can collect up to five tests per visit. If multiple people are listed on a card, each person is entitled to receive free RATs.

Eligible concession cards are:

  • Seniors card

  • Pensioner Concession card

  • Commonwealth Senior Health Care card

  • Health Care card

  • Low Income Health Care card

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold, White or Orange cards.

To collect your free RATs, please show your concession, Seniors or disability card to our team or let them know you are 70 years or older or immunocompromised. If you can’t get to a location, a guardian or carer can collect your free RATs for you.

If you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please do not collect RATs from us until you are well. While you’re unwell, you can collect free RATs at a .
