Men: Thailand 10 – 0 India

Goalscorers: Malik Naveen (OG 2′), Bannsak Nuepho (6′, 10′) Glaham Nattapong (7′), Phonpipat Nampaksa (14′, 34′, 39′), Paisan Saechao (33′), Nattaphon Boonmeema (51′), Aphiwat Butthaisong (56′).

It was a comprehensive victory for Thailand, who never looked like relinquishing their grip on the game. A hattrick to Phonpipat Nampaksa was the highlight for the team who backed up their draw against Australia with a solid three points here.

For India, it was a learning experience in their first ever international match in CP Football competitions.

Goalscorers: Jeremy Boyce 39′; Shamseddin Shahbazikeivanani 14′, Moslem Mehrabian 18′, Abbas Torabi 26′

Iran came out of the blocks quickly and looked to overwhelm the CommBank Pararoos in the first half, scoring all of their three goals before the break.

The CommBank Pararoos hit back, a goal to Jeremy Boyce gave the home crowd hope. However, Iran’s quality showed, able to defend stoutly and hold off a stern challenge from Australia.

It was a superb performance from start to finish from the CommBank ParaMatildas, who were too good for Nepal in their first ever international match in CP Football.

While this game will not count for competition points due to Nepal being unable to meet IFCPF classification requirements, it is a fantastic learning experience for the team.
