Campaspe Shire Council’s Maternal and Child Health service is introducing an online booking request portal for families across the shire.
The online request booking portal is part of the Maternal and Child Health service evolving and becoming more accessible for the community. Feedback received from the frequent users highlighted the need for more booking options and making the service more efficient for parents.
Campaspe Shire Council Director Communities, Jo Bradshaw said the new booking request system will make it more convenient for parents and families to request appointments with the Maternal and Child Health service.
“Being a parent is busy and we’re working to make it easier for families in the region to access the Maternal and Child Health service.
“Parents will be able to request an appointment time via the online booking request portal. One of our team will call to confirm the appointment time, based on the current availabilities in the booking system.
