Greensborough Highway Patrol officers have located a distinctive high-end vehicle which was stolen in Toorak on Wednesday morning.
Investigators believe two to three male offenders broke into the garage of a house just off Alexandra Avenue, where the blue McLaren 12C Spyder was parked, just before 1.30am.
The thieves managed to start the vehicle and drove away from the address.
The $300,000 vehicle was located, just after 1pm, in McFarlane Lane in Northcote.
