As part of the comprehensive footpath project being undertaken along Middle Arm Road, a road closure will be in place for three days next week to allow works to continue.
Middle Arm Road will be closed between Amaroo Place and Queen Street for three nights from Monday 25th October to Wednesday 27th October between 6pm to 5am and traffic arrangements will be in place.
Traffic will be diverted via Yarrowlow Street throughout this period. VMS boards and extensive signage will be in place to ensure motorists are aware of the detours.
As part of the Road Safety Program, School Zone Infrastructure Sub Program, Goulburn Mulwaree Council is constructing footpath and shared path around the schools, and Middle Arm road shared path is part of this sub program. It is funded jointly by Australian Government and NSW State government with overall funding of $3.9 million.
