Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 78-year-old man missing from Caboolture.
John Barnes-Mayman suffers from a medical condition and may be confused or disorientated.
He was last seen at a King Street retirement living complex about 8.30pm on Tuesday night.
He is described as Caucasian, slim build, 178cm tall with grey hair and blue eyes. He is wearing a blue shirt, jeans and uses a red wheelie walker.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who has seen John or has further information to contact police.
