Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help locate missing person, Madeleine.
Madeleine, 47, from Henley Beach, was last seen on Woodville Road, Woodville South about 8.20pm Monday 22 July. Police are concerned for her welfare.
Madeleine is described as Caucasian, 169cm’s tall, approximately 69kg’s and she has very short grey to white hair. She may be wearing a hospital gown.
Anyone who sees Madeleine should not approach her but should contact the police assistance line immediately on 131 444.
