Our Statutory Planning Notices have undergone an exciting transformation to improve transparency and customer experience.
Following positive feedback from a recent trial period, we will be rolling out the new planning notices from August 1.
We have made improvements to the design including:
- Introduction of a QR code, guiding residents to an application-specific webpage
- A more accessible display including simpler planning language
- An opportunity to show an image of a development proposal
- A colourful and vibrant design reflective of our Bayside community
The design evolved following participation in the State Government’s Better Planning Approvals project.
