Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Mount Barker on Saturday, 28 May 2022.
About 10.20am, a white Toyota Hilux was travelling north on Albany Highway just north of Mount Barker and a white Iveco International truck was travelling south on Albany Highway when the vehicles collided.
The driver of the Hilux, a 32-year-old man, died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
The 56-year-old male driver of the truck and his 74-year-old male passenger received minor injuries and were conveyed to hospital for treatment.
Major Crash investigators are appealing for anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Hilux or Iveco Truck travelling in the area prior to the crash, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
