Here’s the chance for Members to have their say on the proposed ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Access Framework for Heavy Vehicles (NAFHV).
The NAFHV is a principles-based policy document focussed on the role of road managers in managing the access of heavy vehicles on the road network.
Austroads is proposing that under the NAFHV, road managers nationally will adopt a set of shared principles to enhance road manager functions. These include enabling access unless by exception; automating decision making and making better use of open data.
