Arson Squad investigators are seeking information relating to a fire at a business in Nedlands this morning, 5 April 2019.
Just before 5am, offender(s) set fire to the interior of a Real Estate company located on Stirling Highway. Department of Fire and Emergency Services attended the scene and extinguished the fire which caused extensive damage to the Real Estate office and adjoining businesses. The fire caused an estimated $250,000 damage.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or who has any dash cam footage of the area around the time of the fire. Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the apprehension and subsequent conviction of an arsonist.
