Seven women will represent Wyndham City for the next four years as part of the new Council, following the Declaration of Polls by the Victorian Electoral Commission this afternoon.
The number of female councillors represents a record for Wyndham in the new 11-person Council.
Sitting Councillors Josh Gilligan, Heather Marcus, Peter Maynard and Mia Shaw were all returned.
In Chaffey Ward, the successful candidates were Josh Gilligan, Jennie Barrera, Marcel Mahfoud and Robert Szatkowski.
Chaffey Ward is situated in the centre of the Wyndham municipality and includes the suburbs of Tarneit, and parts of Werribee and Hoppers Crossing.
Harrison Ward includes the industrial precincts in Laverton, Laverton North and suburbs including Point Cook, Truganina, Williams Landing and parts of Hoppers Crossing.
It will be represented by all-female Councillors, with the successful candidates being Susan McIntyre, Sahana Ramesh, Jasmine Hill and Adele Hegedich.
In Iramoo, which includes Little River, Werribee South, Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale, Werribee and Eynesbury, the successful candidates were Mia Shaw, Heather Marcus and Peter Maynard.
Wyndham City Chief Executive Kelly Grigsby congratulated the successful candidates.

The first meeting of the new Council will be on Monday, 23 November 2020, when the Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be elected.
