From Saturday 6 July the shire’s libraries will all open from 10am to 5pm on Monday through Friday, from 10am to 12.30pm on Saturday and close on Sunday.
Eurobodalla Council’s acting director of community, arts and recreation Kim Bush said the change of opening hours brings Moruya Library into line with Narooma and Batemans Bay.
“The Bas will also close on Sundays, opening from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm, with Saturday afternoon access from the Murray Street carpark,” Ms Bush said.
“This change in hours gives us an opportunity to bring extra focus on activities and events at the Bas, particularly on Saturdays, making the venue an even more vibrant space of creativity and connection.”
