Employees who have been underpaid wages or leave entitlements under state employment laws can now access Wageline’s streamlined online underpayments complaint system.
Wageline’s new system simplifies the process for WA employees to lodge an underpayment complaint to Private Sector Labour Relations industrial inspectors. Employees can provide information on alleged underpayments and supporting materials through a secure online form available on the page.
The new underpayment complaint system can be used by:
- employees in the who need help with underpayments of WA award pay rates and leave entitlements or minimum pay rates and leave entitlements under the Minimum Conditions of Employment Act; and
- employees in both the who need help with underpayment of under the Long Service Leave Act.
