Council has adopted a new Plan of Management for Riverstone Cemetery. This Plan, adopted on 24 April 2024, replaces the previous Plan of Management adopted in 2020.
The new Plan is the key strategic planning and governance tool for managing the Cemetery, sets out objectives and performance targets and addresses Aboriginal rights under the Commonwealth Native Title Act 1993 and NSW Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983.
