The first level concrete pour was completed on 19 September with 400 cubic metres of concrete and 10 tonne of steel involved.
Construction works completed:
- Ground floor services and concrete
- Building core and column verticals
- Level 1 concrete deck

- Stormwater drainage
Construction works coming up:
- Demolition of the caravan park residence
- Level 2 formwork and concrete pour
- Level 2 vertical formwork and concrete pour
- Loading dock vertical walls formwork and pour
