Blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma, account for approximately 10% of cancer deaths in Australia. In 2020, we estimate that more than 5,600 people will die from blood cancer.
The ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Strategic Action Plan for Blood Cancer will help improve outcomes for people diagnosed with blood cancer.
The Leukaemia Foundation developed the action plan, using evidence and input from a wide range of stakeholders, and will help implement the plan.
