Homicide Squad detectives are investigating an incident that occurred in North Perth on Saturday, 27 August 2022.
About 9.30pm, a 17-year-old man was located with an injury consistent with a stab wound to his chest in Bourke Street North Perth.
The man was conveyed to Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital where he underwent surgery. He is currently in a stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit.
An 18-year-old man is currently assisting detectives with their investigation. Police do not have concerns for the general public’s safety.
