CASEY PLANNING SCHEME
Notice of Approval of Amendment
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C224 to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation on 25 July 2019, the date this notice was published in the Government Gazette.
The Amendment implements the findings of the Fountain Gate-Narre Warren CBD Structure Plan 2018. This includes rezoning the Fountain Gate Narre Warren CBD to Activity Centre Zone Schedule 2 and associated updates.
The Amendment includes updating the following incorporated document Brechin Gardens Incorporated Plan, April 2019.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at the following link , and on the City of Casey website at , and during office hours, at the City of Casey offices located at 2 Patrick Northeast Drive, Narre Warren VIC 3805.
