As the flood clean-up continues across the state, the NSW SES is continuing to respond to requests for assistance from the community with the support of partner agencies. The NSW SES also remains committed to supporting the recovery process for those communities impacted by recent flooding.

Natural disasters, cleaning up and recovery can take a toll on your mental and physical health. Support is available to help you look after your own and your loved ones’ wellbeing.

Flood Clean Up and Resupply

Residents in flood – affected areas can contact Service NSW to log NSW SES clean requests and seek essential items.

Residents can log a resupply or clean up request by:

  • Complete short online form
  • Calling Service NSW on 13 77 88

When completing a request, provide:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Name and contact number for the person who needs assistance (if you’re applying on behalf of someone else)
  • Residential or business address (for clean up)
  • Pick up address and delivery address (for essential goods support, if you’ve placed an order
