NSW police charge man after taxi carjacking at Albury

A man has been charged after allegedly carjacking a taxi in the state’s south.

The taxi driver ran from the location and was able to flag down a passing police car.

Officers attached to Murray River Police District commenced an investigation, locating the taxi on Wattletree Road Lavington shortly after.
