Police are investigating after two men presented to hospital suffering stab wounds in Sydney’s west last night.
About 8pm (Wednesday 3 July 2019), two men – aged 18 and 21 – attended Fairfield Hospital, suffering wounds to their face, neck and head.
The younger man was transferred to Liverpool Hospital to undergo surgery and is in a stable condition.
The older man has since been released from hospital following treatment.
Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the men’s injuries.
A crime scene has not been located and the men’s clothing was seized for forensic examination.
