Police can now name the man who died following a workplace incident in Te Puke around 3pm on Thursday 28 March.
He was 49-year-old, local man Darel Barton.
Police extend their sympathies to Mr Barton’s friends and family at this difficult time.
The incident has been referred to Worksafe.
