A serving police officer has been charged over alleged misconduct offences.
In June 2018, an investigation was commenced after reports of alleged larceny and misconduct.
Following inquiries, a 51-year-old senior constable attached to a command in the Southern Region was arrested.
About 10.45am on Friday 31 July 2020, the officer was issued a Future Court Attendance Notice; for larceny, deal with property proceeds of crime
He is due to appear before Nowra Local Court on Monday 14 September 2020.
The officer has been suspended with pay.
