A serving police officer has been charged after the police car he was driving, crashed late last year.
The incident occurred about 12.30pm on Wednesday 28 November 2018, when the senior constable, attached to the Southern Region, crashed the sedan he was driving.
No one was injured the incident.
Following an investigation by a regional command in the Southern Region, the senior constable was issued a Future Court Attendance Notice for reckless driving.
He is due to appear at Moss Vale Local Court on Tuesday 21 May 2019.
The officer’s duty status is being reviewed.
