Officers from the Gangs Task Force have arrested a 47-year-old member of the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang.
Around 6:20pm on Sunday, 13 January, the male was apprehended in Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) colours on a motorbike on Stuart Highway, Pinelands.
He was arrested after returning a positive roadside drug saliva test. He was then subjected to further testing which returned positive results for methamphetamine and amphetamine.
The male was served a notice to appear before Darwin Local Court for driver with prohibited drug in body and he was issued with an immediate licence suspension.
He is due to appear on Wednesday, 3 April 2019.
