- initial applications for recreational, private and commercial pilot licences
- licence reprints
- flight reviews
- transfer of aircraft registration
- Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificates
- Medical Records System (MRS)
- aviation reference number (ARN) creation
- myCASA account creation and linking to an ARN
- remote pilot licence applications
- notification of an Aviation or General English Language Proficiency assessment
- renewal of remote operators certificates (ReOC) without changes
- commercial drone registration and accreditation
- drug and alcohol management plans (DAMPs)/dangerous goods (note that only some related services can be done through myCASA)
- fireworks display notifications.
You might need administrative support from us to complete some online processes. If this is the case, we’ll take action after the CASA Christmas shutdown period. If you have any technical problems using myCASA, please complete our and we’ll investigate the issue when we reopen.
