Investigators from the Altona North Divisional Response Unit executed a warrant in Cappela Crescent, Williams Landing earlier today.
The warrant was executed in relation to Operation Cricketer, an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking.
A 30-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, both from Williams Landing were arrested and police seized a number of items including:
• 1 Hydraulic pill press
• Approximately 3kg steroid powder
• Binding agent
• 1200 ecstasy Pills
• Methyl amphetamine
• Cocaine
• Cash
The pair have been charged with possess equipment for trafficking, trafficking, possess drug of dependence, possess proceeds of crime, commit indictable offence while on bail and numerous other drug related offences.
They will face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later today.
