There was a multi-agency response at Bright yesterday (4 June) to rescue a paraglider who came down in trees.
Bright SES, Bright Fire Brigade and Mount Beauty Fire Brigade were paged at about 2.30pm to help an arborist get the woman paraglider down from the tree.
There were two police officers, nine CFA volunteers, six SES volunteers, and Ambulance Victoria on scene.
The paraglider felt her feet on the ground at about 5.30pm and had only minor facial cuts.
