Bayside Council’s annual Park Rejuvenation Program to maintain and improve Council’s open park space is well underway.
More than 16 parks will be aerated, fertilized and top dressed as Council gets the playing fields in shape for the summer season.
Mayor Bill Saravinovski said Bayside took pride in providing quality playing surfaces for the local sporting clubs, as well as the local community.
“A lot of work goes into maintaining our valuable open spaces for the enjoyment of our community, Mayor Bill Saravinovski said.
“And our outdoor staff use a number of techniques to try to prolong the life of the turf in our heavily used parks and playing fields.”

- Cahill Park
- Bexley Oval
