Perception Survey Report

Willoughby City

The following Perception Survey Report provides outcomes of our 2022 survey undertaken in November, which is based on feedback from 609 Willoughby residents.

Carried out by an independent research company, this survey helps to:

  • Identify the community’s satisfaction levels with Council’s overall performance
  • Discover the community’s satisfaction with 41 Council services and facilities, along with understand which of these services and facilities the community believes are most important
  • Explore the experiences of community members when they contact the Council.

From this research and community focus groups council will develop an action plan responding to insights provided which will form a part of councils operating plan.
