Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing woman Rachael.
The 49-year-old was last known seen at an address on Waverley Road in Malvern on the 22 July at about 11am.
Police have serious concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time she has been missing.
Rachael is described as Caucasian, with a slim build and short brown hair. She is known to use a walking frame.
Investigators have released an image of Rachael in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
