Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Strathfield.
Shayne Lees, aged 53, was last seen at North Strathfield Railway Station about 12pm yesterday (Saturday 4 May 2024).
When he could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Concerns are held for Shayne’s welfare due to a number of medical conditions for which he requires medication.
Shayne is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of a thin build, with long brown hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing glasses.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing including a black t-shirt, jacket, jeans, and shoes and carrying a bumbag.
Shayne is known to frequent the Strathfield, North Strathfield, Concord and Redfern areas.
Anyone who may have seen Shayne or has information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
