Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Waterloo 19 December

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s inner east.

Arthur Weeks, aged 76, was last seen on York Street, in Sydney’s CBD, about 3.50pm yesterday (Wednesday 18 December 2024).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical conditions he lives with that require medication.

Arthur is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 1730cm tall, with a thin build with medium length brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey zip up jacket, grey pants, aviator sunglasses, dark shoes and was carrying a white and blue striped bag.

Arthur is known to frequent the Waterloo area.
