Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wendouree man Peter Woolley.
The 34-year-old was last seen at his Conniston Street address about 5.30pm on Tuesday 18 June.
Police and family members hold concerns for Peter’s welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
An image of Peter has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as having a medium build, fair skin, red hair and may have a beard.
It’s believed he is driving a cream 2002 Mitsubishi Verada with Victorian registration 1MF 2KA.
Anyone who sees Peter or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station 5996 6000.
