Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Justice Fraser.
The 13-year-old was last seen leaving her Port Melbourne home just before midnight on 3 January.
Police have concerns for Justice’s welfare due to her age.
Justice is described as having an athletic build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Port Melbourne, Dandenong, South Melbourne and Albert Park areas.
Police have released an image of Justice in the hope someone recognises her.
